This website exists to hold Jace Swanson accountable for the cruel and deliberate killing of Elvira, a beloved dog, in Harrison, Arkansas. Elvira was shot and killed by Jace Swanson in a deliberate act of animal cruelty. The incident was witnessed and recorded on video. A police report was filed with the Harrison Police Department (Case #C552968), and witness statements confirm what happened. Despite this evidence, Jace Swanson has not been charged under Arkansas animal cruelty law. Arkansas code § 5-62-103 makes it a criminal offense to intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, or negligently kill or injure an animal. We are demanding that the prosecuting attorney charge Jace Swanson. Elvira deserved better. This community deserves better. Animal cruelty has no place in Harrison, Arkansas or anywhere else.
